Special Education Faculty

I grew up in Sydney, Australia until I moved to San Jose, California when I was in high school.

My favorite subject to teach is history but I was drawn to special education because I love helping students meet targeted goals.

Kim Bevan loves teaching and is excited to be teaching at the same school that her kids attend! 

I have taken many classes about early childhood development and benefit immensely from continual acquisition of new knowledge.  I encourage my students to be lifelong learners too. 

I love all of my students, and want my classroom to be a safe place for them to learn, grow, and succeed. Every student who walks through my door will be treated with love and respect.

I love seeing kids accomplish more than they thought they could!

I love being able to push my students to succeed and help boost their confidence so they can accomplish anything that they want!

My favorite thing about teaching is being able to help the students recognize that they are capable of doing things they think are out of reach.
