Kindergarten
Registration Requirements
Kindergarten students need to be/turn five (5) years old by September 1st, 2026.
New students need to have the following as a part of the registration process:
- Must present the original birth certificate and/or if applicable, a proof of custody, guardianship, or divorce decree
- Proof of 5 year old immunizations OR an immunization exemption certificate obtained through the Utah State Department of Health Website
- Proof that they’ve seen a physician within the last year showing that a vision screening has been done.
